How to Launch a WhatsApp Form in Under a Minute Using Templates

Open Templates from your dashboard and you'll find pre-built forms for:

    • Each one already has sensible field types (dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons) set up — no need to figure out which field type fits which question.

    How to Use One

  • From your dashboard, click Templates
  • Browse the list, or click into any template to preview exactly how it will look to your customers
  • Click Use this template — it's copied into a brand-new form in your account, unpublished by default
  • Edit any field, add or remove questions, and update the labels to match your business
  • Add your WhatsApp number, upload your logo, and publish

    • Customising a Template Doesn't Start From Scratch

    Because the template already has a working structure, customising it usually takes 2–3 minutes: rename a couple of fields, remove one you don't need, add your own dropdown options. You're editing, not building.
